[vlc-devel] [PATCH] BDA module using wrong filter

Attached patch fixes a problem on some installations where the BDA MPE
filter is selected instead of the Capture Device filter due to the order
in which they are picked up by the system device enumerator. 

I cannot test it myself so hoping for feedback from anyone experiencing
this problem to see if it works.
