[vlc-devel] VLC-0.8.6b broken on Win32

Hi all,

  sorry for bad news :-(

  Just installed the new version but most of the menu entries are missing.
It probably wasn't linked with *unicode* version of wxwidgets or there's
some other bug. 0.8.6b-test1 does not have this problem.
