Exactly the same problem. Also, it's not only missing menu items, but
unicode stuff doesn't work at all - you can't e.g. open a filename from
the Open dialog when it contains non-ACP characters.

Copying the libwxwidgets_plugin.dll from 0.8.6b-test1 fixes the problem,
so it's definitely either wrong contrib or wrong options to configure
which cause unicode support in wxwidgets to be missing.
