[vlc-devel] [PATCH]: BDA module aligned with DVB module

I have modified the code for readability and to bring it more in line
with the dvb module as a first step towards integration.
It now has the same shortcuts (e.g. the bda:// option has been removed)
and parameters common to both modules have the same names. I have also
enabled caching.

Conversion of the access module to C is still in the pipeline but looks
straightforward.
