[vlc-devel] [PATCH] BDA module with revised coding, closer alignment to DVB module and WinFast workaround

I posted the bulk of this the other day but it appears to have fallen
foul of a spam blocker or moderator. But in any case - I have continued
to rework the code to bring it much closer in line with the VLC Linux
DVB module and VLC coding conventions. This does not fully integrate the
two modules but that should not be very hard.

xxcv's fix has been incorporated as a workaround as it is non-standard
behaviour.
AFAIK I have incorporated all of jpsaman's coding recommendations
including support for dvb-caching.
