[vlc-devel] [PATCH] hide-show problem in windows on systray-click

Hello

a workaround, since the normal way doesn't seem to
work.
checks if vlc is the topmost window.

the additional activateWindow() is needed, since
otherwise the window doesn't react to any keys (even
if it seems active).
