[vlc-devel] Desktop file

I noticed that the desktop object for VLC is not translated.
I couldn't find it in the PO file so maybe this must be manually
translated directly in the .desktop file

Currently, it consists of English and French translations.

Encoding=UTF-8
Version=0.9.2
Name=VLC media player
Name[fr]=lecteur multimédia VLC
Comment=Universal movies and music player
Comment[fr]=Lecteur universel pour films et musique
...

I would like someone to add the following lines:

Name[sv]=Mediaspelaren VLC
Comment[sv]=Allmän uppspelare av film och musik

Maybe some other translators also would like to see these sentences
translated. They are quite important.
