I have followed this order because is the same order of ffmpeg

configure.ac:

2671 dnl
2672 dnl  ffmpeg decoder/demuxer plugin
2673 dnl
2674 dnl we try to find ffmpeg using : 1- given tree 2- ffmpeg-config,
3- pkg-config
2675 dnl                 4- default place,
