Right. In fact, "rtplite://" might be confusing for RTP over UDP-Lite, 
so then we'd only "udplite://" for that, and not provide raw UDP-Lite.

By the way, shouldn't it be UDPLite/RTP/AVP rather than 
RTP/AVP/UDPLite ? (considering how DCCP is supposed to be)
