We compile a binary for each platform and glue them together  
afterwards using a shell script. You can find there: <http://

Please conform to the GPLv2 and further licences in case that you  
distribute modified packages of VLC, be it in source or binary form.  
Additionally, take care that some parts of VLC's code may be covered  
by patents.
