sean did you test FLAC encoding with VLC in raw or ogg ?
I can't get FLAC encoding working on win32 with flac-1.1.4 even with 
branch or trunk nightlies

Even with flac-1.1.2 have I missed something ? Or has the FLAC encoder 
be broken for ages ?
