There is no particular need to clutter SVN with such huge diff for every 
po file update. At all. No case for it.

POTFILES.in needs to be synced when a SOURCE CODE file is added to the 
tree. That's about it.

Otherwise, po files are updated at make dist. But we cannot afford to 
update-po for every revision, so it is unavoidably up to people who run 
make dist to clean up their tree.

Please stop this madness. Trac literally crashes when browsing the 
history. I have a feeling I am repeating ever again.
