Thanks for your patch. I just reviewed it and will back-port it with  
your previous patch in a few minutes, after I did some further tests.

Thanks again for your interest in VLC. If you wish to contribute more  
code, feel free to have a look at our OSX-specific TODO-list on  
trac.videolan.org/vlc or propose other stuff yourself. Anyway, I  
would be glad to welcome another OSX-developer here, who keeps  
contributing over time.
