[vlc-devel] incorrect subtitle color in windows GDI output

Hi

    Subtitle color is incorrect when using wingdi output, ie RED->BLUE, the 
reason is windows using BBGGRR instead RRGGBB as color model. I am not 
sure how and where to fix that, I think about introducing new FOURCC 
instead of RV32 for windows BBGGRR color but I am not sure if it is a good 
idea. Can someone suggest how it can be fixed?
