 sout-keep is usefull only with gather stream_out module or raw muxer and it
was designed when VLC could only create 1 sout at a time.

 It need that all stream out module in your chain support it (eg: no asf
muxer, describe does not reset its timeout, ...)
 With VLM, you have now way to know if you will reuse the right one
(you need to keep it in the media context instead of the playlist and
add a sout garbbage collector in VLM).
