	Hello,

We only assign individual Subversion account to developpers that already 
started contributing to the project. If you are planning to contribute 
code, please send a patch or at least state what you intend to do.

Anyway, individual accounts are only required to commit change to the 
source code; you can check out the source code anynomously, and start 
working.
