[vlc-devel] teletext decoder new patch

Hi,

I've improved the teletex subtitles decoder as follow :

- use of vlc_iconv for the utf8 encoding

- added an option to choose which teletext is rendered. Also the special 
value of zero (which is the default) select automatically the pages that 
has a subtitle flag, so it should automatically display subtitles in 
most cases without having to configure anything.

- added more national character set convertions (empirically since the 
one missing aren't documented)

- various other improvements

A new patch is included as attachment.
