[vlc-devel] bug report

The seeking of vlc don't work fine when stream a mp4 (encoded with 
ffmpeg and hinted with mpeg4ip).
The RTSP client protocol code that VLC uses fully supports seeking and 
'trick play' operations like fast forward and reverse play.  However, 
the VLC media player code apparently does not always use this 
functionality properly.
