[vlc-devel] Fix to make VoD work with HansunTech STBs

I've created a patch to at least partially enable VoD support with
HansunTech STBs. The problem was that this STB is a RAW RTSP client,
i.e. it requests a TS-muxed stream to a single port, instead of two
separated ES-es to different ports. I've integrated some support for
them and am submitting the diff for your review.
