[vlc-devel] latest teletext patch

This is the latest version of my teletext patch.

It should fix most raised issues so far, but I plan to improve it 
further and make test against more examples.

- got rid of u8_t and use uint8_t instead
- replaced wchar_t by uint16_t
- now works with the sample on vlc ftp repository (callled has-subtitles.ts)
- should work fine under win32


It is a patch against svn-trunk, for those using the patch against 
0.8.6, just apply this patch against svn-trunk and then copy over the 
file modules/codec/telx.c.
