[vlc-devel] Patch for high CPU usage when using "rc"

Hello,

When using a rc-unix socket and starting vlc in the background, it uses 
a lot of cpu%. Same problem om multiple systems.

This problem seems to go away when i close STDIN. So i patched the rc.c 
file to close it when using an other socket.

Patched against the 0.8.6a sources from the website.
