[vlc-devel] New Win32 Contribs to test.

Hello,

As some people have asked, I just created a new contrib tarball for
compiling VLC for Win32. This has the latest ffmpeg version and should
add support for some new codecs (as VP61 for example)

You can find those files here :

However, this has not yet been tested a lot, so please test it. :D

I'll activate it in Win32 nightlies.
