[vlc-devel] Removal of libintl

	Hello,

We've had gettext in the contrib for a while. As such, I suspect it does 
not make much sense to also carry the entire libintl in intl/.

Unless somebody points out a severe problem, I'll switch VLC to external 
libintl only.
