[vlc-devel] windows - open dialog - extended options

actually, i'm not sure if this isn't more like a
workaround.

- if someone (like me) has activated the advanced
options in the qt-interface, the "Show more options"
-checkbox should be checked, or else it's always
reversed in functionality.
- like someone wrote as FIXME, toggleAdvancedPanel()
didn't work in windows. actually, i couldn't really
make out what the resize()-ing is all about, but it
does work like (i) expected without it. (btw, i was
really puzzled when width() returned 15000 and
height() returned 1)
