Hi,

How to use libvlc API for vlc streaming?

I read this wiki for using libvlc: http://wiki.videolan.org/LibVLC_Tutorial,
but
i would like to know how can I use libvlc for  streaming? e.g. passing in
'#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,vb=400,acodec=mpga,ab=128}'?
