[vlc-devel] ffmpeg videofilter (padding) broken

Hello,

I'm having trouble using canvas in streaming, and it seems that when
video-filter increases padding (fitting 4:3 input to 16:9 output after
16:9 input) vlc crashes. To reproduce you'll just need 2 files with
different aspect-rations in it and set streaming-canvas so that
other-file must be padded to fill aspect-ratio. Without padding-changes
different aspect-ratio files worked just fine in streaming.
