[vlc-devel] Norwegian translation for VLC

I noticed that the Norwegian translation in VLC uses the language code
"no". AFAIK this language code isn't used anymore and has been
superceeded by "nb" (Norwegian Bokmal) and "nn" (Norwegian Nynorsk).
