[vlc-devel] python bindings no longer working

Hello,

The python bindings are no longer working. 

'import vlc'

now gives an undefined symbol reference to libvlc_input_get_time. 

I believe this is due to the input structures being changed to libvlc_media_descriptors but am not positive.

I'm also not quite sure how to fix it.
