[vlc-devel] revised Romanian translation file for VLC 0.8.6c

Hello,

A revised version for VLC Media Player is available here

The translation continues. At present I have a problem with poEdit,
which is unable to update the .po file from the 0.9.0 template. I
reported this to poEdit, hopefully they will fix this.
Subsequent updates from templates from versions 0.8.6a-b-c succeeded
with no problem.

Please note that the latest branches for version 0.8.6d have the same
bug as the one described here
