Anything that is a "rework", including Subtitle and RTSP has large
chance of being rejected. I feel like I'm repeating myself. SoC is
about adding (costly) features.
IMHO, we don't care about the WinCE port.
I don't even understand what VLM schedule work means. This is a bad
benchmark. A real live/scheduled dump/record system would be great
though but that's not really VLM (since it might apply to playlist to a
large extent).
What's wrong with our RTP packetizer? I removed it until someone can
explain the problem.
Also removed RTCP and TCP framing server support as we already have
that, or almost in trunk.
