[vlc-devel] reading in H.264 files and outputting to .mov leads to jerky files..

I was trying some jobs to change containers on some files from things
like .ts to .mov or .mp4 and have some strange results. I'm not doing
a transcode and the resolution, frame rate and such come out
correctly (QT reports 24fps) however the movie is jerky when it
plays, like the frames bounce back and fourth. My primary test source
is Elephants Dream at 480x270, I'm hoping someone might have some
insight as to what would be causing this type of behavior?

Thanks.
