[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Gestures

Hello,

I made some modifications on the actions for the mouse gestures controls.
This would add 9 actions (13 actions in total) and should handle the 
most used controls.

But, as this part is somewhere I am not familiar at all in VLC, please 
comment it (not too harsh).
Many things are largely inspired by hotkeys.c but adapted.
