Just to clarify: What Jean-Paul is referring to is actually the 
"LIVE555 Media Server" <http://www.live555.com/mediaServer/>, which 
is a RTSP server that also supports RTP interleaving over TCP. 
(Interleaving over HTTP will also be supported soon.)  ("openRTSP" is 
actually the name of our RTSP *client* application, not our server.)
