[vlc-devel] http_proxy vs. no_proxy enviroment variables

If proxy value is not set in VLC, is used value from enviroment
variable "http_proxy", but value from "no_proxy" is not used,
this cause some serious problems, for example if proxy is used in order
to access file in internal network (which have exception from proxy).

I wos confused by trac and bug reporting system of VLC, therefore i
sent it here.
