also, can you do this,

1.hit run, and type 'cmd' to open the windows commandline

2.run wildfire hd test 2 from there.

3.try serentity again


this should print out all the debug/codec info ffmpeg generates in the 
commandline. i get it always cos eclipse has a build in console, but it's 
not visible normally without first running it in cmd.

and pls dont say 'i'm not doing anything until yada yada' because you've 
done very little in the last two/three months. well, at least very little 
that is visible to me.

it's not like you've been working 10 hours a day like i have...
