Are you sure that the title field should be URI encoded? That doesn't
really relate to any URI so it would make sense to use XML &...; chars
if needed instead. (The XSPF spec unfortunately doesn't mention how to
handle fields other than the file's path ... but I'd be curious to know
how other media players do it.)
