[vlc-devel] Alpha release of 0.9.0

Hello,

Do you agree to do an alpha (preview) release of 0.9.0 in the same time
we release 0.8.6d ?

That would require compiling a list of known issues, from the trac
databases, plus what isn't in the database.

It could show our users that there has been progress, and even attract
contributors.
