Actually I disagree with that, not shipping it while configure.ac
uses AM_PATH_LIBGCRYPT forces to have libgcrypt as a build
dependency, while as far as I know it's not. (or alternatively will
force me to ship it as a separated file along with vlc tarball)
Note that if I don't want to rerun the autotools I'll end up with some
"crap from VLC tree" anyway.

According to libgcrypt.m4 svn log, it hasn't much changed since 2004
(I didn't check earlier).
