[vlc-devel] VLC.framework Patch Minimizes Package Size

Attached is a patch to the way that dependent libraries and modules are
copied into the VLC.framework.  It will only copy the libraries that the vlc
modules need.  Default action is to copy all the libraries over regardless
of whether the framework needs it or not.
