[vlc-devel] [PATCH] Extend pvr support to non-ivtv v4l2 cards (e.g. cx88-blackbird)

The current pvr access module is capable of controlling and accessing non-ivtv v4l2 HW MPEG encoding cards but the current driver check code does not allow it.  This patch enhances the driver check code to allow non-ivtv v4l2 HW MPEG encoding cards (e.g. cx88-blackbird) to use the pvr access module.
