[vlc-devel] Event registration for media_instance & media_list_player

Was it by design or accident that the media_instance object only
registers for libvlc_MediaInstanceReached event?  It's missing two
other events:  Paused & Played.

I also found in media_list_player that it was registering the same
event twice.  Please see attachment.
