[vlc-devel] Unimplemented Functions

The following functions are declared in libvlc.h but are never
implemented anywhere in the source:

libvlc_input_has_vout
libvlc_input_get_fps

There are similar functions declared and implemented:

libvlc_media_instance_has_vout
libvlc_media_instance_get_fps

I believe this might be a typo or functions that were never renamed correctly.
