[vlc-devel] [RFC] secstotimestr modification

Hello,

Many of the movies/musics I watch are shorter than one hour, or don't
have any timelength at all (streams).

Here is a patch that would display h:mm:ss if( h >  0 ) and mm:ss the
rest of the time.
