   I did a Video IP Box program. Some executable file available at

   http://dhcodec.quikstream.com.au/


   I tested on internet in the city I am living, streaming very well. I want
to know the situation on the worldwide internet.

   Does any body interesting test it on worldwide internet?  You can run the
code and link to a server or set up a server let me to link.
