[vlc-devel] MacOS X nightly build - main interface error message

Hi

The latest nightly builds of VLC for MacOS X/intel, as well as locally
compiled svn versions, fail to launch with the message

You cannot run the MacOS X module as an extra interface. Please read the
README.MacOSX.rtf file.

Given that the README file does not say anything about it, I guess
either the README or the error message should be updated. If this is a
hint to indicate that preferences should be removed (which does not help
at all for this case anyway), it is not clear.

BTW, what is the proper way to solve the aforementioned problem ?
