[vlc-devel] Patch for extras/contrib/src/makefile -- x264/pthread build under Cygwin

The attached patch skips the x264 win32 cross-compile patch, and does a
pthread file rename, for successful compilation under Cygwin.
Alternatives would be super, I'm just trying to document something that
appears to work.
(Beats the heck out of me why pthreads builds a pthreadGC2.a -- the GC2 are
a Gnu C and version number, I believe, but don't know why they're being
tacked on)
