Because it is more clear for a newbie that he has a scripts/ folder to
add new scripts than a lua/, which doesn't mean anything to him.
Imagining that in the future some people from the community release
different lua scripts and that the users have to put them in the good
folder doesn't seems so ackward.

Moreover, the code looks in lua/ and scripts/ now.

Having share/ on windows is unconsistent with everything else.
