[vlc-devel] [BUG]: Video output opens in a new window

Since I updated from git on 5th of april, VLC opens for the video output 
a new window, if the video stream is shortly interrupted.

I can reproduce this problem when I'm streaming from VDR ffnetdev to VLC 
and change the TV-channel on VDR to a channel on another satellite 
transponder.

Interesting detail: Video Filter Output is still shown in the original 
VLC window where the video is freezed.
