Hi, All!

I was recommended by J-B to ask on the vlc-devel mailing list, so here goes:

I just posted an entry on the VideoLAN forum about audio lag/delay:

http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=45920

Basically, transcoding from stream to stream works, but audio is much
delayed. Attempting correction using audio-sync in the transcode chain,
causes VLC to kill output without warning (as seen from Icecast, which
loses the mount point).

My two lasts post may also be of some interest, as they deal with the
same project and my efforts to make this work:

http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=45776

and the original one:

http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=45705

Thank you very much for any help! I've spent a considerate amount of
time on this project to just abondon it...
