Hi,

I've already sent these patches 1 month ago and had several remarks.

The fisrt path is extvlc option for xspf playlist like it exists for m3u
playlist. Rémi said that it would re-introduce a security issues that
was just fixed in the m3u parser. I corrected the patch.

The second one brings the ability to remember what was playing when vlc
is closed so that it can reopens the file at the correct position at the
next launch.

I've had an option "remember-playing-item" which control this behaviour
: "do not remember", "remember and put the item in the playlist at
start" and "remember and play the item at start".

The patch is using the start-time extvlc option of a playlist. So I set
the start-time option to safe in VLC. I don't know if it's the right
way to do it.

Best regards,
